The most basic level of membership is that of being a Forum Member, and all that takes is a registered Forum Account and to be 13 years old or older. The 405th has several levels of voluntary membership where an individual can choose how much they want to be involved with the 405th and how much they would like to contribute. If you are reading this, then chances are good that you are in fact already a member.
The 405th hosts files and tutorials for the creation of Halo based costumes, as well as providing a place for people to show off their hard work, request and get feedback with their own projects, and share their love of the Halo Universe.
