I have a GTX 960 4GB with 8GB of RAM and an i5 4460 and can't hit 1080p 60, but honestly it's so worth it in my opinion and will gladly play at 30fps. Sadly though, while this mod is very pretty, it's very taxing. So I looked into some mods for this game hoping there'd be a High res texture pack or some shaders or something, cause while I can play this game at 4K 60fps max, it still felt like it was a bit dated, and stumbled across this website with a bunch of mods.
